Dress Code

At The T3 School we think that it is important and encourage students to adopt a smart appearance by wearing the School Uniform.

The uniform consists of:

  • Grey logo polo shirt
  • Grey logo sweatshirt - optional
  • Dark coloured trousers - any suitable and comfortable trousers are acceptable but must not be ripped
  • Dark coloured shorts or skirts - optional

Students are required to adhere to the school’s dress code when school uniform is relaxed, such as extra curricular activities:

  • Tops must not display offensive logos
  • Shoulders and midriffs must be covered
  • Trousers must not be ripped
  • Skirts (and shorts in summer) must be an appropriate length - no more than 5 cm above the knee joint
  • Students are encouraged not to wear earrings on health and safety grounds, but it is acceptable to wear one stud or small sleeper in each ear lobe.

Mobile phones and other electronic devices are not allowed in classrooms. Students must hand them in at the start of the school day. Devices will be returned to students at the end of the school day.

On PE days appropriate kit is needed (e.g. tee shirt and shorts or tracksuit, and trainers). Students are not allowed to wear jewellery in PE lessons.

Hair-cuts need to be modest with no shaved heads or dyed hair.
